How booking works.
Send your request
Select a service, preferred dates, and share your hair goals.
Consultation review
We personally review your request and any uploaded photos.
Approval & deposit
If your time is available, we'll send deposit instructions. The $50 deposit is nonrefundable and goes toward your total.
Confirmation
Once confirmed, we'll privately share the salon address and appointment details.

Please review before submitting your appointment request. Thank you for helping us create a comfortable experience for everyone.
Late arrival
Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may not be accommodated. If we cannot provide your service, a cancellation fee will be charged at your next appointment.
Guests & children
Due to limited space, please attend your appointment alone. Guests, including children, are not permitted unless they are receiving a service.
Cancellations
Please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations or missed appointments without 24 hours' notice will result in a charge.
Refunds & adjustments
Completed services are nonrefundable. Please contact us within 24 hours if you are dissatisfied so we can determine next steps. We cannot correct hair that has been bleached or colored by you or another stylist within that time.
Illness & exposure
If you have a cough, runny nose, sore throat, or other symptoms, please reschedule with at least 24 hours' notice. We also ask clients who have recently been exposed to someone sick to reschedule, even if they have no symptoms.
Booking deposit
Following approval, a $50 nonrefundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This amount is applied toward your final service total. Submitting a request alone does not reserve an appointment.
